**EQT Real Estate Acquires 1M-SF Logistics Center in Northeast Pennsylvania**
EQT Real Estate has acquired the Scranton North Logistics Center, a newly constructed, state-of-the-art logistics facility located in Olyphant, Pennsylvania.
The transaction was brokered by JLL, with representation from John Plower, Ryan Cottone, and Zach Maguire. Completed in 2023, the property spans an impressive 1 million square feet and is outfitted with modern logistics specifications. These include 40-foot clear heights, a 600-foot building depth, a 185-foot truck court, 233 trailer stalls, 163 dock-high doors, and four drive-in doors.
Engineered for cross-dock operations, the facility features a minimal office buildout and allows for full truck circulation. It is fully leased to an investment-grade tenant and functions as an inbound cross-dock hub for inventory distribution to nearby regional fulfillment centers.
Strategically located at 1300 Corporate Way, the property is approximately one mile from US Route 6 and just five miles from the intersection of Interstates 81 and 84, providing critical regional connectivity for logistics operations.
