"EQT Exeter Invests $50 Million in Mesa Warehouse"

US Capital Development recently sold Falcon Park 303, a state-of-the-art industrial building spanning over 326,000 square feet in Glendale. The property was acquired by EQT Exeter for $50 million and is part of a larger modern industrial campus spread across nearly 60 acres. This Class A building was completed in 2023 on a speculative basis and boasts full occupancy with one tenant.

Falcon Park 303’s strategic location at West Camelback Road makes it easily accessible from major freeways such as Loop 303, Loop101, and Interstate17. It also offers convenient transportation options via air, rail, and ground routes to the Port of Los Angeles and Long Beach within six hours.
