EQT Exeter has recently purchased the CenterLinks Business Park in Lee County for a record-breaking $92.5 million, according to John McGarvey, president of McGarvey Development. The seller was represented by Adam Palmer from LQ Commercial.
Located on 41 acres along Oriole Road near Alico Road and just west of Interstate 75 in Fort Myers, this industrial park boasts approximately 450,000 square feet of warehouse buildings with fully dock-high office-industrial flex units as well as general or medical office space. With nine warehouse buildings housing nearly 40 tenants from various industries, the CenterLinks Business Park has created over 300 jobs since its groundbreaking less than four years ago.
According to Jeff McGarvey: “We were able to achieve an impressive build-out and leasing rate of over 90% within a short period of time after our groundbreaking. This caught the attention of several equity firms who expressed interest in purchasing the development.”
