**EōS Fitness Secures Leases at Three Texas Locations**
EōS Fitness has committed to three new long-term leases across Texas, expanding its footprint with two locations in the Austin area and one in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex.
In Kyle, Texas, EōS signed a 40,000-square-foot retail lease as the anchor tenant at the upcoming Kyle Park development, situated at I-35 and Bebee Road within the Texas Innovation Corridor. This marks the brand’s first entry into the Kyle market. The facility is expected to open in 2027. Tenant representation was handled by Rise Commercial Partners, while the landlord, NewQuest Equity, L.C., represented itself.
Another Austin-area lease was secured at 12707 N. Mopac Expressway, where EōS will occupy a 40,000-square-foot gym space formerly operated by Fry’s Electronics. This location is also scheduled to open in 2027. Rise Commercial Partners represented the tenant, with Global Commercial Real Estate Services representing the landlord.
In the Dallas suburb of Anna, EōS signed a lease for a 40,000-square-foot facility within the Rosamond Corners development. This will be the fitness chain’s first location in the city, also slated to open in 2027. Tenant representation was provided by Segovia Partners, while The SHOP Companies represented the landlord.
These strategic expansions reflect EōS Fitness’ ongoing growth initiative across the Texas market.
