Solon Road and was purchased with the representation of JC Forney’s Ralph Huszagh for the seller and Entre’s Dan Benassi, SIOR and Sam Deihs for the buyer.
JHB Group specializes in designing and manufacturing custom mobile response platforms primarily for public service agencies. This new facility marks an expansion from their previous location in Lake in the Hills which was only 15,000 square feet.
The decision to purchase this particular building was driven by its large land site that allows for potential additions of multiple overhead service doors to streamline trailer flow during manufacturing and upfitting processes. Additionally, it offers heavy power capabilities, ceiling heights reaching 20′ clear,and extra land space perfect for ample parking or outdoor storage needs.
This successful sale marks another milestone achievement by Entre Commercial Realty as they continue to provide top-notch services to clients within McHenry County without mentioning any specific names or locations.
