Entre Commercial Realty, led by Brian Bocci, SIOR, has successfully sold a 10-acre site located at 4202 Three Oaks Drive in Cary, Illinois. The property was purchased for the development of high-quality manufactured homes.
Bocci represented the buyer in this transaction. In order to proceed with the project, the property had to be annexed into the Village of Crystal Lake and rezoned from office to high-density residential.
The vacant lot was last sold in 2022 for $660,000 and is an expansion of an existing adjacent site. This development will help meet the growing demand for affordable housing and received unanimous approval from local authorities.
