**Entre Commercial Realty Completes Industrial Sales in West Chicago and Elk Grove Village**
Entre Commercial Realty has successfully sold a 4-acre industrial site in West Chicago, Illinois. The firm assisted a local trailer repair company in obtaining the necessary zoning approvals to build a 20,000-square-foot trailer repair facility on the site. The development will also feature parking capacity for up to 40 trailers. The project required several months of planning and coordination, and Entre will continue to work alongside the client to design and construct the facility. Brad Bullington of Entre Commercial Realty represented the buyer in the transaction.
In a separate deal, Entre also facilitated the sale of 40 Lively Boulevard, an industrial building located in the heart of Elk Grove Village, Illinois. This marks the second time Bullington has represented a party in the sale of the same property, this time acting on behalf of the seller.
The building spans approximately 6,466 square feet and includes one drive-in door. Strategically located within the Elk Grove Business Park, the property benefits from proximity to O’Hare International Airport, major expressways including I-90 and I-290, and access to a robust labor market.
