Entre Commercial Realty Finalizes Build-to-Suit Deal in Pingree Grove, IL
Entre Commercial Realty has successfully completed a build-to-suit transaction for a new truck maintenance and trailer parking facility in Pingree Grove, Illinois. The facility will serve as the future corporate headquarters for Freight Union Inc.
The newly constructed development will feature a state-of-the-art, 61,858-square-foot maintenance facility, which includes 30 repair bays, two loading docks, and 238 trailer parking positions.
To bring the project to fruition, Entre assembled a total of 11 acres across four separate land transactions. The team also secured zoning and use approvals for transportation, truck maintenance operations, and trailer parking.
This marks the second build-to-suit project completed for Freight Union Inc. by Entre’s Cory Kay and Mike DeSerto. The first facility, located in Hampshire, Illinois, was completed in 2023. Kay and DeSerto represented the purchaser in the most recent transaction.
