**Entre Commercial Realty Facilitates Sale of 42,780-SF Facility in Elk Grove Village**
Entre Commercial Realty has successfully closed the sale of a 42,780-square-foot industrial facility located at 2375 Estes Avenue in Elk Grove Village, Illinois. This rare, freestanding property features three loading docks, two drive-in doors, heavy power capacity, 22-foot clear heights, and ample parking for vehicles.
Cory Kay, Mike DeSerto, and Elisabeth Lazzara of Entre Commercial Realty represented the seller in the transaction, while Kevin Kaplan, also with Entre, represented the buyer.
The facility was acquired by Excel Restoration, which plans to establish it as the company’s new headquarters. The strategic location in the heart of the O’Hare submarket and the building’s freestanding format played a key role in the buyer’s decision. The new space will support Excel Restoration’s continued growth and better serve their employees and customers throughout Northern Illinois.
