Entre Commercial Realty recently completed the sale of a 56,254-square-foot building located at 4610 Prime Parkway in northwest suburban McHenry, Illinois. The transaction was facilitated by Entre’s team of experts including Dan Jones, SIOR, Dan Benassi, SIOR and Sam Deihs who represented the seller. The buyer was represented by Adam Fortino from Marcus & Millichap.
This one-of-a-kind property had been on the market for over two years before being listed with Entre in 2023. With specialized modifications to a significant portion of the original warehouse space that worked for its previous occupant but limited its appeal to potential buyers.
To address this challenge and attract more interest from potential buyers, Entre collaborated with an architectural firm, structural engineer and construction company to explore options for transforming the property into a more generic warehouse-type building that would better meet user demand.
As a result of these efforts led by Entre’s team of experts,the property underwent renovations and was relaunched as a smaller 42
