Enterprise Community Development Secures $116M for Maryland Housing Projects

Enterprise Community Development, Inc. has successfully secured $116.4 million in financing for the development of three affordable housing communities in Maryland. These properties, located in Annapolis and Baltimore City, will provide homes for families, seniors and formerly homeless veterans.

One of these developments is College Parkway Place at 570 Bellerive Drive in Annapolis. This community consists of 170 apartments with a mix of one-bedroom and two-bedroom units totaling to 137 and 33 respectively.

The other two developments are The Greens at Irvington MewsⅡ on Frederick Avenue and Park Heights Place on Park Heights Avenue both located within Baltimore City limits. The former will add an additional 59 apartments specifically designed for independent seniors while the latter will undergo rehabilitation to its existing building which currently houses a total of 84 apartments.

Janine Lind, President of Enterprise Community Development expressed her excitement about this investment stating that it marks a significant step towards their commitment to preserving affordable housing options across the region.
