Through an alliance with Cove technology platform – which integrates tenant experience within building operating systems – Presence offers one unified technology for seamless communication between buildings, amenities, and experiences. Additionally, Presence is piloting its industry-leading Experience Per Square Foot™ (XSF) workplace diagnostic to collect insights from building employees in order to determine overall strategy for operations purposes as well as appeal of space/amenities/programming.
