Cushman & Wakefield strengthens investment sales team in San Diego with the addition of vice chair Louay Alsadek and senior director Maddie Mawby. The team will specialize in advising and selling office and life science properties throughout San Diego County, bringing decades of capital markets experience to the firm.
Alsadek and Mawby join Cushman & Wakefield from Colliers, where they spent nearly two years before previously working at CBRE for many years. With a consistent track record as a top producer at both firms, Alsadek began his brokerage career at a local company that later became part of Cushman & Wakefield. He also has ten years of experience working at Prentiss Properties.
