Cushman & Wakefield has expanded its investment sales team in San Diego with the addition of vice chair Louay Alsadek and senior director Maddie Mawby. The duo will focus on office and life science sales in the region, bringing decades of capital markets experience to their roles.
Led by Alsadek, who has consistently been a top producer at previous firms Colliers and CBRE, the team is well-equipped to provide expert advisory services for clients looking to buy or sell properties in San Diego County. Both Alsadek and Mawby have joined Cushman & Wakefield from Colliers where they worked for nearly two years before making this move.
