The Life Properties, the property and construction management affiliate of Olive Tree Holdings, has successfully completed a $2.8 million capital improvement program at The Life at Madison Grove in Madison, Wisconsin. This project began in Q4 of 2021 and included renovations to 113 residences as well as upgrades to interior corridors, roofing, on-site offices, signage and landscaping.
According to Jamin Harkness, president of The Life Properties: “We are delighted to announce the completion of our capital improvement program at The Life at Madison Grove. Our goal was not only to enhance the community but also provide our residents with an improved living experience.”
The improvements made by The Life Properties encompassed various aspects such as renovating residences with modern amenities and energy-efficient appliances; upgrading the boiler room; plumbing system; fire safety system; installing new dog park facilities for pet owners.
Built-in 1971,the multifamily community offers one-, two- ,and three-bedroom units that catered towards different lifestyles while maintaining quality standards throughout its premises.
