Ruppert Properties recently finalized a lease agreement with Engage USA for 40,000 square feet at 200 Monroe Avenue in Frederick, MD. The new tenant is a database management company specializing in fundraising campaigns and will use the space to enhance its production capabilities.
“We are thrilled to join the Monroe Avenue community and look forward to building relationships with our neighboring tenants and Ruppert as we settle into our new location,” stated Kathleen Clem, president of Engage USA. With this addition, the industrial building now has full occupancy alongside Image Direct and PVI Office Furniture.
Both parties represented themselves during the lease transaction. Ruppert Properties is a family-owned commercial real estate investment company that focuses on flex, industrial, and office properties in the Baltimore/Washington metropolitan region.
