EmpRes Healthcare Acquired by Evergreen Healthcare

Evergreen Healthcare Group has acquired EmpRes Healthcare, adding 46 senior care facilities across six states to its portfolio. This includes four senior housing properties. Tony Cassie, Gideon Orion and Mark Myers with Walker & Dunlop facilitated the sale which was led by Evergreen CEO Issac Yenowitz.

The acquisition of Vancouver, Washington-based EmpRes from its CEO Brent Weil marks a “significant step” in the evolution of both organizations according to Yenowitz. Prior to this purchase Evergreen operated 11 properties across California, Nevada and Washington; now they will move forward as EmpRes Operated by Evergreen in order to elevate healthcare excellence throughout their communities together.

Yenowitz commented on the success of this venture saying: “By integrating EmpRes centers into our portfolio we aim to leverage our combined expertise and set new standards for care quality within these communities we serve – reflecting our unwavering commitment towards fostering healthier lives.”
