"Empire State Building Secures Full-Floor Tenant: GNY Mutual"

Empire State Realty Trust has recently secured a new tenant, Greater New York Mutual Insurance Company (GNY Mutual), for a 52,116-square-foot space at the iconic Empire State Building. Boasting over 65,000 square feet of amenities including an exclusive fitness center and conference facilities, the building is highly sought after by businesses in New York City.

The lease negotiations were handled by Mark Ravesloot from CBRE on behalf of GNY Mutual while Scott Klau, Erik Harris, Neil Rubin,Brent Ozarowski,Zachary Weil,Cole Gendels from Newmark and Jordan Berger ,Shanae Ursini,Kerry Lavelle represented ESRT,the property owner.
