**Empire Group Breaks Ground on The Osborn Senior Living Community in Scottsdale**

Empire Group of Companies, in partnership with Brinkmann Constructors, has officially broken ground on The Osborn, a luxury senior living community located in Old Town Scottsdale. Spanning 420,000 square feet with 226 residential units, the project is designed to provide a full continuum of care for aging adults—from Active Adult living to Memory Care.

The Osborn will feature:

– 118 Active Adult units
– 74 Independent and Assisted Living units with full kitchens
– 34 Memory Care units

In addition to residential offerings, the community will incorporate ground-floor retail and dining spaces aimed at fostering interaction between residents and the surrounding community.

Amenities are curated to enhance residents’ well-being and lifestyle, including a theater, chapel, salon, art studio, dining venues ranging from casual to upscale, an elevated fitness center, a private activity deck with an outdoor pool and BBQ area, as well as a rooftop deck offering panoramic views. Further spaces throughout the development are designed to encourage social engagement, creativity, and wellness.

Gensler, in collaboration with Douglas Sydnor Architect & Associates, serves as the design lead for the project. Brinkmann Constructors is overseeing the construction as general contractor. Once completed, the community will be managed by Cogir Management USA.

Leasing for The Osborn is expected to begin in Fall 2026.
