"Empathy Project Secures Downtown Penthouse as New HQ - 5K-SF Space"

The Empathy Project, an organization dedicated to improving responsiveness in the medical field, has recently secured a lease for 5,508 square feet at 52 West 22nd Street. The penthouse space in this 12-story building will serve as their headquarters.

Located in the Flatiron District of New York City, this space will include offices, meeting rooms, conference rooms and private phone booths specifically designed to meet the needs of The Empathy Project. Grant Greenspan and Will Landsberg from Kaufman Organization represented the landlord while RJ Johns and Michael Matthias from Cushman Wakefield represented the tenant. The rent was set at $85 per square foot.

According to Greenspan: “In today’s real estate market in NYC we have seen a consistent trend towards top-quality office spaces that are move-in ready with flexible leasing options.” This growing preference for high-end spaces is evident among tenants who are seeking quality offerings such as this penthouse location chosen by The Empathy Project.
