**Embrey Expands in Nashville Market with 604-Unit Multifamily Project**
Embrey has acquired six acres of land in Franklin, Tennessee, just outside Nashville, for the development of 604 apartment units. The land was purchased from SouthStar for $24.1 million and will be used for Phases II and III of Aureum, a $500 million mixed-use, master-planned community spanning 22 acres.
According to Multihousing News, the upcoming phases will be located near the intersection of Carothers Parkway and East McEwen Drive, adjacent to Interstate 65. Phase II alone is projected to encompass approximately 281,000 square feet of residential space.
Earlier in the development, Embrey secured nearly $65 million in construction financing for Thatcher at Aureum, the first phase of the project. This five-story, 296-unit luxury apartment community is already under construction and will include a range of upscale amenities. Residents will enjoy a private clubhouse equipped with micro offices, conference rooms, a podcast studio, game room, and a grab-and-go market. Outdoor features will include a resort-style pool and spa, private cabanas, grilling areas, a rooftop terrace, gaming lawn, and wellness-focused spaces such as a fitness center and yoga studio.
With this project, Embrey continues to expand its footprint in the Nashville real estate market, bringing high-end multifamily living options to one of the region’s fastest-growing communities.
