Embrey Partners has recently acquired 74 acres in Schertz to begin development on their latest single-family build-to-rent project. The new community, known as Collection Schertz Station, will feature 318 townhomes with on-site dining and retail options.
This marks Embrey’s third addition to their Collection line of single-family communities, all located in Texas. Their first BTR development, Collection at Gruene, is set for completion this year and will bring the developer’s portfolio up to a total of 846 units.
Collection Schertz Station offers duplex-style townhomes with one, two or three bedrooms and private patios. Each unit also includes an attached or detached garage equipped with electric vehicle charging plugs. Residents can enjoy amenities such as a fitness center, swimming pool, grilling areas with gas-powered firepits and pickleball courts. Other conveniences include electric vehicle chargers,a dog park,and private offices along with game rooms and media rooms.
The acquisition by Embrey Partners signals continued growth in the BTR market for both developers and renters alike.
