"Embrey Announces Plans for Fourth Rental Community in Charlotte"

Embrey has recently acquired a 6.5-acre parcel of land adjacent to NoDa Brewing Co for $19 million. The company plans to construct a four-story, 403-unit community on the site, with an estimated investment of $117 million. Construction is scheduled to commence in mid-October and the first units are expected to be available in the third quarter of 2025, with completion set for 2026.

The community will feature studio, one-, and two-bedroom units at market rate-rent prices. Residents can enjoy various amenities such as a clubhouse with game room, business center equipped with micro-offices and conference room facilities, fitness studio, yoga room as well as outdoor grilling areas and gas fireplace. Notably unique is the presence of a stream that will encircle the property’s perimeter – Embrey received approval from Army Corps of Engineers to reroute this existing stream into an attractive amenity.

This latest project marks Embrey’s fourth rental development in Charlotte – showcasing their commitment towards providing high-quality housing options for residents in this thriving city.
