**Embassy Suites in Northwest DC Sells at Foreclosure Auction**

The Embassy Suites by Hilton, located at the Chevy Chase Pavilion near the Friendship Heights Metro station in Northwest Washington, D.C., has been sold in a foreclosure auction.

PCCP LLC won the bid for the property with a $12.25 million offer during an auction conducted by Alex Cooper Auctioneers. The sale follows a loan default by the hotel’s former owner, an affiliate of the Philadelphia-based Arden Group, which had acquired the property in January 2018 using a $44.9 million loan.

The Embassy Suites at Chevy Chase Pavilion is a 198-room hotel featuring 6,400 square feet of event space. It is part of the larger Chevy Chase Pavilion, a mixed-use development built in 1990 and situated directly above the Friendship Heights Metro station. In addition to the hotel, the property includes 155,305 square feet of retail space and a 204,621-square-foot, nine-story office tower.
