Law firm Elvinger S.A.R.L PLLC has signed a 10-year, 6,780-square-foot lease with Lex NY Equities at 600 Lexington Avenue in the Plaza District of Manhattan, New York City. The law firm will occupy space on the 24th floor of this 36-story office building which offers amenities such as a conferencing center, a 24/7 fitness facility with Peloton bikes and yoga studio along with private locker rooms for tenants’ convenience and comfortability. Additionally, there is an ongoing construction to build tenant lounge on 2nd floor featuring golf simulator for recreational activities among other features .
The transaction was represented by Harry F Blair , Connor Daugstrup and Bianca DiMauro from Cushman & Wakefield representing landlord’s side while David Hoffman and Sam Hoffman from same real estate services provider were representing tenant’s interests in this deal .
This long term lease agreement marks another milestone in Elvinger’s journey towards growth as it looks forward to utilizing its new premises efficiently .
