US Elogistics Service Corp., a New Jersey-based freight company, has signed a 68-month lease agreement for 208,370 square feet of industrial space at the Lakewood Tacoma Logistics Center in Lakewood, Washington.

Kidder Mathews’ industrial specialists—Todd Clarke, Ty Clarke, and Matt McLennan, SIOR, CCIM—represented the landlord, TA Realty, in the transaction. “This is a high-quality, well-located facility built for performance,” said McLennan. “It checks all the right boxes for today’s logistics users, and we’re pleased to have secured a strong tenant on behalf of our client.”

The Lakewood Tacoma Logistics Center, located at 14801 Spring Street SW, is a state-of-the-art, cross-docked Class A industrial facility. The leased space features 57 dock-high doors, three ground-level doors, 36-foot clear ceiling heights, 69 trailer stalls, and 1,000 amps of three-phase power. It also includes 3,170 square feet of office space. Additional amenities include 130-foot truck courts, 50′ x 50′ column spacing, and a 60-foot speed bay—making the facility well-suited for efficient logistics and distribution operations.
