Elmwood Development has successfully acquired all necessary lots in Downtown Raleigh’s Warehouse District for its upcoming 12-story building. The project, which includes residential units, retail space, and a parking deck, will be located near the Fairweather Condos.
According to reports from the Triad Business Journal, Elmwood purchased three additional lots for $6.48 million to complete their assemblage of over half an acre of land. This adds to the two lots they already owned in the area.
