Elkus Manfredi Architects has been selected by Third Rock Ventures, a healthcare venture capital firm, to design their new workplace in Boston’s Fenway life science district. Located at 201 Brookline Avenue, the 24,000-square-foot space will be designed with an emphasis on collaboration and innovation while meeting the individual needs of each team member. Elkus Manfredi Architects plans to engage with Third Rock Ventures employees through a Co-Creation process that incorporates input and ideas from all levels into the design process. The space will take cues from residential and hospitality designs in order to create an informal environment conducive for vibrant collaboration among employees.
