EliseAI, an AI platform serving the rental housing industry, is expanding its presence at 33 East 33rd St., a Midtown South office building owned by Kalimian Equities. The expansion will see EliseAI consolidate from its current space of 20,582 square feet to a larger space of 26,582 square feet across two floors.
The company’s software integrates with property management systems to automate conversations and workflows between renters and managers in both multifamily and single-family properties. This move marks their continued growth in the market.
