EJF Capital Completes Construction of The Bellevue in Suburban Washington, D.C.
EJF Capital LLC has announced the completion of construction on The Bellevue, a 361-unit multifamily development located in Hyattsville, Maryland.
The Bellevue represents the fifth project delivered under EJF’s OpZone Fund II. The development was completed in partnership with The NRP Group and is strategically located within a growing residential corridor. Hyattsville is benefiting from ongoing economic development and improved access to major employment centers throughout the Washington, D.C., metro region.
The newly completed community offers a variety of studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartment layouts. Residents will have access to a comprehensive amenity package, including a state-of-the-art fitness center, clubroom, co-working lounge, landscaped courtyards, and structured parking.
