**Beacon Partners Sells Eight Charlotte-Area Warehouses for $344.2M**
Beacon Partners has sold eight industrial buildings in the Charlotte region, totaling approximately 2.3 million square feet, to Artemis Real Estate Partners for $344.2 million.
Most of the properties involved in the transaction are located near Carolina Logistics Park in Pineville. Among the assets is a 525,624-square-foot facility at 11925 Carolina Logistics Drive, which was fully leased to W.W. Grainger Inc. in 2023. Another major asset is a 525,000-square-foot warehouse at 10230 Pineville Distribution Street, currently leased by The Campbell’s Co. Additional properties range in size from 170,000 to 235,000 square feet.
Artemis Real Estate Partners, which was recently acquired by Barings, managed $11 billion in assets at the time of the acquisition. Beacon Partners, a prominent developer and investor in the Carolinas, has invested $2.8 billion across the region and has developed or acquired 33.8 million square feet of space to date.
