The properties encompass a total of 65,787 square feet and consist of 54 multifamily residential units and 17 commercial units. They are located at various addresses including: 425 and 543 E.6th St.,73 Second Ave.,670 Ninth Ave.,49 W.71st St.,151-165 E.Burnside Ave.in the Bronx,289 E149thSt.and228E51stSt.
The commercial tenants within this portfolio include well-known businesses such as Mr.Green Laundry,Hunter Convenience Shop,Little Amber Nails & Spa,and Monster Barber Shop along with over a dozen others.
