Spongberg joined Edge’s Phoenix office in 2021 as a Senior Vice President and has since made significant contributions to the company. She leads Edge Southwest’s Premiere property and hospitality division, which specializes in assisting hotel landlords, restaurant owners, and other specialty tenants with their real estate needs.
Throughout her career, Spongberg has successfully leased or sold numerous high-profile properties in Arizona totaling over 20 million square feet with a combined value of $500 million.
