ECI Group Breaks Ground on $60M Mixed-Use Development in Richmond Hill, GA
ECI Group (ECI) has officially broken ground on The Averly Richmond Hill, a $60 million mixed-use development located along Ford Avenue in Richmond Hill, Georgia. The project will feature 291 residential units and more than 3.5 acres of retail pad sites.
The development will include 243 one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartment residences, along with 48 three-bedroom townhomes featuring two-car garages. ECI Construction is serving as the general contractor, with construction financing provided by Synovus and CIBC.
Retail pad sites for ground lease are expected to be delivered pad-ready in the first quarter of 2026. Colliers | Savannah’s Ashley Smith and Tyler Mouchet have been tapped to lead the marketing and leasing of the retail space.
Amenities for residents of The Averly Richmond Hill will include an 8,400-square-foot clubhouse with a clubroom, co-working space, state-of-the-art fitness center, automated package delivery system, swimming pool, and dog park.
ECI Group has maintained an active presence in the Savannah metro area since 2015, with a track record that includes the construction of one residential project and the purchase of another.
