Eatontown Hotel Purchased by Highline Hospitality Partners

Highline Hospitality Partners has acquired the 131-room Homewood Suites Eatontown in Eatontown, New Jersey from Jersey Shore Hotel Partners LLC. The purchase price was not disclosed. Located at 4 Industrial Way E, the hotel was originally constructed in 2004 and converted to a Staybridge Suites in 2016. It features all-suite accommodations with a fitness center, meeting rooms, an outdoor pool area with grill and ample parking space for guests’ convenience. Dan Hawkins and Jake Pietras of Berkadia Hotels & Hospitality represented the seller in this transaction.

This 131-room hotel offers all suite accommodations including amenities such as a fitness center, meeting rooms, an outdoor pool area complete with grilling facilities as well as plenty of parking spaces for visitors’ convenience. Originally built back 2004 before being converted into Staybridge Suite four years ago; this acquisition marks another successful sale led by Dan Hawkins and Jake Pietras from Berkadia Hotels & Hospitality on behalf of the seller – though no details have been released regarding its purchase price yet!
