Eastham Capital Sells Milwaukee Apartments for $12.75 Million

Eastham Capital, a private equity real estate firm, and its partner Bender Companies have successfully sold the Fairmount Meadows Apartments in Milwaukee for $12.75 million. The property, located at 5010 N 91st Street, was acquired by Eastham Capital Fund V, LP and Bender Companies in early 2021.

At the time of sale, Fairmount Meadows had an occupancy rate of almost 97 percent. “We are pleased with the profitable sale of this property despite challenges in the current multifamily market,” said Matt Rosenthal, president at Eastham Capital.

Built in 1970 and consisting of one- to three-bedroom apartments totaling 128 units,Fairmount Meadows has been a successful investment for Eastham Capital. “Our partnership with Eastham has greatly enhanced the value of this property,” said Kurt Bender from Bender Companies.

The post announcing this successful transaction highlights how two leading companies collaborated on a lucrative deal without mentioning specific names or locations.

Private Equity Firm Sells Multifamily Property for $12.75M

A recent success story comes from an unnamed private equity real estate firm partnering with another company to sell off their joint acquisition – Fairmount Meadows Apartments – located at an undisclosed address within Milwaukee’s city limits.
