"East Village Mixed-Use Portfolio Sells for $57M"

David Gleitman’s Targo Capital Partners, a limited liability company, has recently acquired a mixed-use portfolio in East Village from Kushner Companies for $57 million. The portfolio consists of six buildings with 109 apartments and one commercial unit, totaling over 59,000 gross square feet. Of the properties included are three tax-class-protected buildings and an elevator building located at 118-120 East 4th Street, 199-203 East 4th Street, and315 East10th Street.

The seller was represented by Joe Koicim , Logan Markley , Matthew Berger ,and Zan Colin of the NYM Group at Marcus & Millichap . According to Koicim,”This non-rent-stabilized portfolio boasts attractive assets such as three tax-class protected buildings and an elevator building spanning over59K gross square feet.” With assumable debt in place,the buyer can expect long-term income generation and appreciation from these properties. This recent sale highlights the thriving real estate market inEast Village without mentioning any specific companies or organizations involved.
