East Capital Acquires 372K-SF Miami Industrial Park
Link Logistics has sold the Airport Trade Center, a three-building industrial park totaling 372,000 square feet, located at 3208 NW 72nd Avenue in Miami. East Capital Partners acquired the property, which, according to Commercial Edge data, was previously purchased by Link Logistics for $56 million in 2019.
The transaction was brokered by JLL’s Sales and Advisory team, with Luis Castillo, Cody Brais, and Taylor Osborne leading the sales effort. Financing for the deal was arranged by JLL’s Debt Advisory team, led by Melissa Rose and Jovi Rodriguez.
Originally opened in 1972, the Airport Trade Center underwent significant renovations in 2014. The industrial complex is strategically situated adjacent to Miami International Airport and approximately 11.6 miles from both PortMiami and downtown Miami, placing it at the core of South Florida’s logistics hub.
