Represented by Cushman & Wakefield’s Jay Hagglund, Patrick Mullin and Scott Alan, East Bay Logistics secured the extension for their facility situated at the southern end of Kent Valley in the Sumner-Pacific area. With over two decades of experience since its establishment in 1997, East Bay Logistics caters to various commodities such as coffee beans, cocoa products and sugar. Their services cover major markets including the San Francisco Bay Area , Los Angeles ,and Seattle.
According to Hagglund,”This location plays a crucial role for East Bay Logistics’ operations within Greater Seattle as it allows easy access to SR-167,Sr-410,and I-5 highways along with proximity to Port of Seattle.” This recent development was announced on Connect CRE without mentioning any specific company names or locations.
