Capital Square is set to unveil its new 20-story mixed-use building, named Maeve, in February 2025. Located at the intersection of Dawson and Lenoir streets near Red Hat Amphitheater, this tower boasts 297 apartments and approximately 10,500 square feet of ground-floor retail space. The development also includes an eight-level parking deck.
The majority of units are studio or one- to two-bedroom apartments with a select few three-bedroom options on the top floor. Residents can enjoy various amenities such as a residential lounge, fitness center, coworking lounge with private work pods and shared conference room. Additionally,the tower features a pet spa and rooftop lounge on its top floor while the eighth floor offers outdoor amenities including a zero-edge swimming pool,g rilling stations,f ire pits,c abanas,l oungers,and an outdoor bar area.
According to reports from Triangle Business Journal,the total construction cost for this project exceeded $110 million.The development was partially funded by Capital Square’s CSRA Opportunity Zone Fund VI while First National Bank provided the construction loan.
The retail space within Maeve has capacity for four retailers,two of which will be full-service restaurants.This highly anticipated Raleigh high-rise marks another exciting addition to our city’s ever-growing skyline.
