Eagle Property Secures $100M Financing for Two Orlando Projects

Berkadia successfully secured a total of $100 million in financing for Eagle Property Capital (EPC) to acquire one multifamily property and refinance another in Orlando. The team at Berkadia, including Mitch Sinberg, Brad Williamson, Matthew Robbins, Scott Wadler, and Abigail Beauchamp worked together to secure the financing.

The acquisition of the 332-unit The Retreat at Windermere was made possible by a seven-year fixed-rate loan with full-term interest only from Fannie Mae. Additionally, Fannie Mae provided a five-year fixed-rate loan with full-term interest only for the refinancing of Sunset Place’s 310 units.

Located at 5820 Nature View Drive in Windermere within the Orlando metropolitan area, The Retreat offers one-three-bedroom apartments for rent.

Sunset Place is situated at 5953 Curry Ford Road and features studio-one-three-bedroom apartments as well as townhomes. This community boasts various amenities such as three swimming pools,a multipurpose sports court,outdoor kitchen with seating,a fitness center,and an on-site dog park.
