Eagan Specialty Center Project in Minnesota Wins MOB Award
Healthcare Real Estate Insights (HREI) has recognized the Eagan Specialty Center, developed by Minneapolis-based Davis, as the Best New Development of the Year in the Medical Office Buildings and Other Outpatient Facilities category for 2024. The award specifically honors facilities between 25,000 and 49,999 square feet.
Located at 2975 Holiday Court in Eagan, Minnesota, the Eagan Specialty Center spans 36,100 square feet and serves as the new home of the Midwest Surgery Center. The project was completed in mid-2024 and was commended for its high-quality development and innovative, strategic approach.
“From initial consultation through completion, the Eagan Specialty Center project demonstrated how Davis doesn’t approach an assignment looking for a development opportunity but instead responds by identifying client needs and achieving a strategically conceived outcome,” said Mark Davis of Davis.
The design and construction team for the facility included Synergy Architecture Studio and Timco Construction.
