e.l.f. Beauty has recently signed a new 10-year lease for an additional 26,000 square feet of space at 16 W. 22nd St. in the Flatiron District, effectively tripling its presence within the building. This expansion is a significant milestone for e.l.f., as they have been occupying a full floor of 13,000 square feet at this location since joining in 2020.
According to Barbara Yagoda, senior managing director of GFP Real Estate who represented the landlord Meysar Realty Corp., “e.l.f. has been an exceptional tenant and we are thrilled to see their continued growth.” She also expressed pride in being able to support their expanding needs within the building and stated that it is rewarding to witness companies flourish on-site.
Jonathan Schindler from Cushman & Wakefield represented e.l.f Beauty during this transaction while Free Agency and Rebecca Minkoff previously occupied these spaces respectively before them.
