She handles entitlements-related matters along with environmental review processes that involve permitting activities.
Hart focuses on transactional issues concerning enforcement litigation for energy project developers or manufacturers who are involved in land use or government advocacy cases connected to environmental laws. He is an expert at dealing with permitting problems associated therein too.
