Arielle Harris and Gordon Hart have joined the land use and environmental teams respectively.

Hart focuses on transactional issues concerning enforcement litigation for energy project developers or manufacturers who are involved in land use or government advocacy cases connected to environmental laws. He is an expert at dealing with permitting problems associated therein too.
