**DWG Capital Partners Acquires 131K-SF Industrial Facility in Breese, IL**
DWG Capital Partners has acquired a 131,061-square-foot industrial facility located at 8060 US-50 in Breese, Illinois. The asset, situated on 5.92 acres, features 20-foot clear heights and six truck doors, making it highly suitable for logistics and manufacturing operations.
The property was acquired through a sale-leaseback transaction with private equity firm JAL Equity. This marks the second such partnership between DWG Capital Partners and JAL Equity in the past 18 months. Their previous collaboration involved the 2024 acquisition of a 65,256-square-foot manufacturing facility in South Bend, Indiana.
Breese Printing, which occupies the facility, was represented in the transaction by Bryan Huber of SAB Capital. The company specializes in offset and digital printing solutions for a wide range of end markets.
