The Netherlands-based hospitality company, citizenM, is expanding its presence in Miami with the addition of a new 168-room hotel in South Beach. Set to open in summer 2024, this property will feature a rooftop pool, bar and terrace for guests to enjoy. This latest addition joins other citizenM hotels already established in the market such as Miami Brickell and Miami Worldcenter.
Located at 1212 Lincoln Road, the new hotel is being designed by Gensler – a renowned architecture firm based in Miami – following specifications from concrete Amsterdam: citizenM’s go-to agency headquartered in Amsterdam. Local construction company Americaribe has been selected as citzenM’s general contractor for this project.
In addition to its prime location and modern design elements, the new hotel will offer guests access to amenities including a 24-hour restaurant serving delicious cuisine, fully-equipped gym facilities for fitness enthusiasts and an outdoor terrace perfect for relaxation or socializing. The property will also showcase unique art displays throughout its interior spaces along with an infinity pool on the rooftop offering stunning views of South Beach.
