Station Casinos has announced that their latest property, the Durango Resort, has been a success and they have plans for expansion. During an investor call, the company revealed that they have surpassed their financial goals and will begin implementing improvements to the resort. The Durango Resort is located at 6915 S Durango Dr in southwest Las Vegas.
The company’s expansion plans include a seven-story parking garage as well as a new hotel tower. They also plan to increase the casino floor space by over 104,000 square feet and add various entertainment options such as a movie theater, bowling center, and pool events center.
Founded by Frank Fertitta Jr., Station Casinos is an American hotel and casino company based in Summerlin South, Nevada. With 17 properties under its ownership or operation – including one in California – Station Casinos continues to grow its presence in Nevada with this successful addition of the Durango Resort.
