Dupont Circle Welcomes New Hospitality Living Property

Placemakr has recently unveiled a hospitality living property in Washington, D.C.’s Dupont Circle area. The historic mansion boasts 92 units and an event venue, as well as 25 extended-stay units for business travelers and digital nomads through WhyHotel by Placemakr.

CEO Jason Fudin commented on the project: “We’re turning traditional concepts of hospitality vs living on their head with mixed-use buildings that make both experiences better, providing flexibility to those properties and their cities.” This new concept combines home and hospitality experiences to create a unique experience for guests visiting the nation’s capital.
