Dupont Circle Welcomes Hospitality Living Property

Placemakr has announced the launch of Placemakr Dupont Circle, a historic mansion in Washington, D.C., transformed into a hospitality living property that combines home and hospitality experiences. Additionally, an extended-stay pop-up location called WhyHotel by Placemakr was unveiled in the Navy Yard area of D.C., offering 25 units for long-term stays to business travelers and digital nomads alike.

Situated on Dupont Circle, this project features 92 units as well as an event venue designed to provide flexibility to both properties and their cities according to Jason Fudin CEO of Placemarker: “When we built Placemarker Dupont Circle there were very distinct separations between what makes a building fit for hospitality vs living; today we’re turning that on its head with mixed use buildings that make both experiences better.”
