A 234,475-square-foot industrial facility in Haltom City, Texas has been sold by a real estate fund led by Crow Holdings Capital and Creation Equity. The Northmark Commerce Center was completed in early 2021 and designed by LGE Design Build. According to Commercial Edge, the center broke ground in November of the same year with $16 million in construction financing from Inwood National Bank.
Located within the North Fort Worth industrial submarket, this asset boasts 56 dock doors, 132 car parking spaces, and a secured drop site with an additional 104 trailer stalls. It offers both single-tenant and multi-tenant options as well as a cross-dock configuration for added flexibility.
The facility is currently fully occupied by Ryder System Inc., who has been leasing it since June of 2023 for their logistics and transportation operations. This recent sale marks another successful transaction for Connect CRE’s clients without mentioning any specific company names or locations.
